Body kits ship as oversized freight on a road-freight network, not a standard parcel courier. Here is exactly how it works:

• Free delivery to your door anywhere the freight network runs a residential service — that covers the large majority of metro and regional addresses.

• Free depot collection where a residential run isn't available. We consign to the freight depot closest to your address at no cost and email you the depot address, opening hours and consignment number. Photo ID required at collection.

• We contact you first if that depot isn't close. If your nearest depot is more than about 50 km away we'll call or email before we dispatch. You choose: collect from the depot free, upgrade to door delivery for the freight cost only (no markup), or cancel for a full refund with no fees. Nothing ships until you're happy.

• Physical address required — freight this size can't go to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

• Free local pickup from our Gold Coast warehouse (Molendinar QLD).
